What it is
Two things the service does
A short list of supported assets, reviewed before it is published. We would rather explain a few than list many.
Euro or dollars in, and back again
Into a supported digital asset and out of it, at a rate quoted to you before you confirm. The rate you confirm is the rate that applies.
On-chain payments that carry a declaration
Send to a counterparty's address or receive to yours, with the counterparty and the purpose declared, the way a SEPA payment is.

For eligible clients in eligible jurisdictions. [Client types and jurisdictions are confirmed after legal review.] Your named manager tells you before anything is set up.
Review
Reviewed like any payment
An on-chain transfer enters the same review as a SEPA payment: a person reads it before it moves, the counterparty and the purpose are declared, and the transfer carries a status you can see at every step. Once released, it lands on the same statement as everything else.

In plain words
Four things to know before you ask
- Not a deposit
- Digital assets are not deposits, earn no interest and are not covered by any deposit-guarantee scheme. Their value may go up or down, and you may lose the amount you invest.
- Price
- 0.65% of the amount on an on- or off-ramp, on the published price list, plus the exchange rate quoted before you confirm.
- Who runs it
- Paily Payment Systems Inc., operating as Norvix: a Money Services Business registered with FINTRAC (M23824357), with virtual currency exchange and transfer designations, and a Payment Service Provider registered with the Bank of Canada.
- Where it stands
- Separate from your EUR and USD accounts, which stay with licensed partner institutions. [Availability in the EU and the assets supported are confirmed after legal review.]
One service of several
The account, the cards and this service run on the same review, the same approvers and the same statement.
