Is crypto held with NORVIX or a custodian?
Crypto-asset balances are held with a MiCA-licensed CASP partner using institutional-grade custody (Anchorage / BitGo-tier). Balances are segregated from NORVIX operating capital and from your fiat banking float.
What's the spread on conversions?
A flat 0.5% spread on top of mid-market spot rates. No hidden routing, no payment-for-order-flow, no surge pricing. The rate you see in the quote is the rate you settle at.
Can I withdraw to my own wallet?
Yes. You can withdraw any supported asset to an external wallet address — subject to network confirmations and standard travel-rule checks above the regulatory threshold. You can also hold in NORVIX custody.
Which jurisdictions are supported?
Crypto services are available in the EU and EEA today, with the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong following on regulatory clearance. Availability in your country is confirmed at sign-up based on residency and ID verification.
How is yield generated?
Yield comes from native staking on selected proof-of-stake networks. NORVIX delegates your stake to vetted validators. Rates change with on-chain conditions, and slashing risk is real — we name it explicitly.
Is crypto covered by deposit insurance?
No. Deposit insurance schemes (FSCS, EU DGS) cover bank deposits in fiat — not crypto-assets. Custodied crypto is covered by the partner custodian's aggregate insurance pool ($1B), which is different from bank deposit insurance.
